FAQS

Have questions about working together?
Below are answers to some of the most common questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you’re welcome to reach out.

  • I’m based in North Texas and provide virtual therapy to clients located in Texas and Hawaii. I previously lived and worked in Honolulu for many years and continue to serve clients across the Hawaiian Islands.

  • Online therapy is conducted through a secure client portal. Once you’re scheduled, you’ll receive access to everything you need, including session links, paperwork, and communication. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and privacy while allowing us to focus fully on the work that matters.

  • At this time, I work exclusively with clients virtually. This allows me to provide consistent, accessible care while maintaining a focused and intentional practice.

    • Individual Therapy: $250 per session

    • Couples Therapy: $350 per session

    • Intensives: $3,000 (payment options available)

Fees reflect the structure, preparation, and level of care involved in the work.

  • I do not accept insurance directly. However, I’ve partnered with Mentaya to help clients use out-of-network benefits when available. You can use the tool on this page to check whether you may qualify for reimbursement.

  • If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.

You may request this estimate before scheduling or at any point during care. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
